This class is designed for all levels, featuring enough time in each posture to allow the novice practitioner time to build each pose and the more seasoned practitioner time to zero in on the alignment and breathe. We combine standing postures, building strength, balance and focus with grounding floor work for a truly harmonious practice. Incorporating breathe work (pranayama) to purify and energize the body and mind. You will leave feeling centred and revitalized. Pura Hatha - non-heated.

Thank you for the wonderful, enlightening workshop on Sunday. The most helpful part of the workshop was the information given on the new routine. I have implemented all aspects (rising with the sun, movement ,tongue scrapping, warm lemon water, largest meal mid day, oil massage, bed by 10pm) into my daily routine since Sunday, and I am already noticing a difference in how well I sleep, feeling more energetic and positive.
