A deep stretchy class, stressing the bones, joints and connective tissue to enhance and increase regeneration of these areas, improving your mobility and range of motion.  The practice of Yin Yoga is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous types of yoga and exercise, bringing balance to overworked and underworked bodies alike.  Yin Yoga is helpful for those living with chronic pain and rehabilitating injuries or strains. Improving the flow of energy through the body has profound benefits for the health of our organs, enhancing immune function and emotional well-being.  After this practice you'll feel like you've given yourself a deep tissue massage, releasing buried tension.   Poses held for upwards of 5 minutes.This class is in the non-heated studio.
