During March break 2014, we asked our Facebook followers to share How Yoga had changed their lives?. We were hoping for a few good entries but what we got was amazing! Goosebumps for myselft and maybe a few tears of joy. When I think of how Pura Vida Yoga Dieppe came to life, it really seems sureal!

Ok so you're curious about Yoga?

Pura Vida translated from Spanish literally means "Pure Life", contextually this phrase has a more profound meaning "Full of Life", "This is Living". As the Urban dictionary states, it's a synonym of "Hakuna Matata" and reflects the relaxed lifestyle of the Costa Ricans. Just saying the phrase struck a chord in us all as we created a vision for the studio. Pura Vida embodies a philosophy in which communal ties are strong and close; difficulties are overcome with an encouraging spirit, where life is enjoyed and celebrated to the fullest!

What Client's Say

Carine Luys
