At Pura Vida Yoga Dieppe, we offer a highly practical, creative, and dynamic 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training designed to set you up with the skills, confidence, and community to truly teach yoga.
A STRONG FOUNDATION FIRST
The first three weekends lay the groundwork; diving deep into yoga philosophy, anatomy, and class structure. Breaking down Sun Salutation A and B extensively in these early sessions gives students a solid base from which everything else grows.
