Immersive full-body and meditative experience. Class starts with a gentle flow to move your body, followed by stillness and sound waves. Each singing bow is tuned to a certain frequency in correspondence to those of the 7 main chakras, benefiting both the body and the mind in a blissfull sound bath. This is a 75 min class. Dive into the basic elements of meditation and discover how to start or continue to meditate. Each session we will review a few foundational elements of meditation and then proceed to put them in practice. This practice is a perfect addition to add on your possible 8pm practice either in the hot room of cold room. Either a 10$ Karma donation to attend or simply use your membership passes.
Join Karine in this 4 week series designed to support you on your pregnancy journey. This series will be focused on easing common discomforts, a balance of strength, gentle movement, connection and breathwork, all while focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal poses are modified to be more comfortable for those expecting and are offered in the NON-Heated space. These classes promote calmness and emotional wellbeing, it can be an amazing way to support your mind and body during this time.
A minimum of 5 participants is needed to have this series offered and full amount will be reimbursed if minimum # is not met.
Classes start at 6:00 pm on Friday evenings starting the 11th of October, the 18th and 25th and then the 1st of November.
Price is 100$ plus taxes for all 4 classes.
MyoYin is a mix of myofascial release (MFR) ball therapy and yin yoga. The MFR works on trigger points to help release the tissue that is "stuck". Lisa's describes it best as a self massage followed by a yummy yin pose :)
