Our Foundations of Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of this powerful practice and build confidence to share its benefits with others.
Embarking on this journey will not only deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga but also transform the way you teach. This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is led by Melissa Fraser of Fredericton with assisting instructor Kathryn McCracken (Pura Vida Yoga) who have thousands of teaching hours combined. We feel very fortunate to have Melissa come to share her love for yin; you can expect far more than just theory—it is an embodied experience of Yin itself!

Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern science, this training is designed to take you beyond the surface, guiding you into the deep stillness, surrender, and self-awareness of Yin Yoga. You will not only learn the principles of Yin Yoga but also feel the effects in your body, learn how to integrate them into your life, and emerge as a teacher who can share the practice from a place of deep personal understanding.

What Makes This Training Special?
